Jim Crow 2.0: MIT Student Organization Hosts Segregated Yoga Event
· Jan 29, 2021 · NottheBee.com

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology student life organization has decided to jump on board the segregation train, promoting a yoga class for BIPOC only.

In collaboration with Down Under School of Yoga, Fire Lounge is bringing yoga/meditation practice to students who identify as black/brown, Indigenous, and/or people of color (BIPOC).

Um. Excuse me?

We're talking about yoga and transcendental meditation. Something practiced in order to improve oneself and escape the craziness of the world. I am sure introducing woke politics into this practice won't at all undermine the stated goals and purposes of yoga. Not at all.

The mental gymnastics, or yoga stretches, used to make this logic work, well, look something like this:

Leaving aside the yoga, it's simply amazing that a Student Life organization at a VERY prestigious and respected university like MIT would openly endorse, advertise, and celebrate a racist practice like segregation. This is wokeness infecting the mind of young people in an unbelievable manner.

This just goes to show that even "the best and brightest" young people at revered institutions are not at all safe from the predations of Critical Theory.

It's like the progressives have progressed so far, they're back to where it all started in the Jim Crow south.
