There is still a long way to go to stop woke school administrators who are putting girls' physical and emotional health in danger.

The Defense of Freedom Institute says it's filed a federal complaint against Fairfax, Virginia County Schools for — what else? — its locker room policy:

The Defense of Freedom Institute for Policy Studies (DFI) filed a federal civil rights complaint today with the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) against Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) on behalf of the mother of a West Springfield High School freshman girl. The complaint documents multiple incidents in which a boy repeatedly entered the girls' locker room and watched as the girls undressed and dressed for physical education class.

As an aside: It is just breathtaking that we're still, in 2025, debating whether it's a good idea to allow boys into girls' locker rooms.

Fairfax public schools apparently could not be bothered to learn that, because instead of responding to the complaints of young girls regarding a boy's access to their locker room, the school system reportedly "told the girls that they could use a single-occupancy unisex bathroom" rather than, you know, the girl's room.

What's worse than that, however, is that the school eventually opted to hustle the girls through their own locker rooms to make room for the boy:

On September 22, WSHS staff cut short the amount of time the freshman girls, including [redacted], could spend changing in the girls' locker room before P.E. class for the purpose of allowing the boy to use the locker room after them without being in their presence.

As the Defense of Freedom Institute notes, the federal government has already cracked down on school districts violating federal policy with their transgender rules; group president Bob Eitel argues that the district should "lose its federal funding until it complies with Title IX."

Definitely wouldn't object to seeing that happen!
