This is absolutely brilliant.
Troy Nehls, a congressman from Texas, got into a little bit of a heated conversation with a CNN host while discussing the McCarthy vote.
Watch:
First, in a polite southern gentlemanly manner, Nehls referred to the CNN anchor as "young lady" to which the CNN anchor took great offense.

But then, in order to bring a little more levity to the situation, Nehls acknowledged that he was on his best behavior because it was his first appearance on CNN:
Anchor: I'll assume when you called me a "young lady" it was a compliment.
Nehls: Of course, it was! This is my first time on the Clinton News Network, absolutely.
Anchor: Okay, that, that, that I will say was a bit, in my opinion, rude, but I'm glad you're talking with me so I will treat you with the respect you deserve.

The woman goes into conniptions because a Republican made a classic Rush Limbaugh-style joke.
