You've heard of screaming into the sky, but have you heard of giving the sky the middle finger?

A group of completely well adjusted and reasonable atheists is planning to "end Christianity" by flipping the bird to the clouds on Thursday, August 12.

At 2PM EDT on August 12th, everybody give a big middle finger to the sky to end Christianity and create more Atheists, while fighting the Global Prayer so their sky daddy won't snatch us up.

Wow. You know, I had my doubts that this extremely beautiful and ordered universe didn't just spring into existence from nothing, but the depths of this philosophical statement really got to me. Just look at the profoundly deep statements on propitiation, soteriology, cosmology, eschatology, ecclesiology, and sanctification!

Checkmate, Jesus!

I mean, how could you argue with Brigette's logic?

The atheists also want to wave a middle finger to end cancer, which seems kinda silly to me, since a true atheist would see the diseased and disabled as a strain on our finite resources and the survival of the species. I wonder where they get that compassion for others and the belief in the inherent dignity of the individual?

Unfortunately, there are only 4,400 people planning to disprove that they are in rebellion against the Creator by waving insults in the air. Sad!

One has to wonder who they think they're waving to anyway. They sure do hate that God they don't believe in, don't they??
