You've heard it before.
A liberal, or group of liberals, does something ridiculous, Republicans point out how ridiculous the thing is, and then instead of reporting on how ridiculous the thing is, the media reports on Republicans and their outrageous "pounce."
Well, Hunter Biden was pardoned by his father yesterday, something Republicans had always held was inevitable during Joe Biden's presidency.
Politico was forced to report on it.
Even though in the past they've reported that this wouldn't happen.
And now that the day had come and they'd already hit publish on the "Biden pardons Hunter" story, they had to go and publish this bad boy as well.

Hunter was facing 25 years in prison for felony gun charges, and potentially more crimes from 2014 to present day. His laptop is still out there, and could be the next big story in this saga if we're ever allowed to see it. But Politico thinks "Republicans pounce" was the story here.
Of course we pounced!
We've been saying for years that Biden would pardon his son. Dude's a known criminal.
And now we're supposed to act surprised that Joe Biden went back on his word here?
Like, oh, wow, didn't see that coming.
Just to give you an example, this is a Republican "pouncing" according to Politico.
So dumb.
So dumb, in fact, that Politico tried to pretend they never had "Republicans pounce" in the headline:
