... has made a tremendous announcement on Truth Social.
Trump fired the Chairman of the Kennedy Center for the Arts in Washington D.C., along with other members of the board, and made himself the new Chairman of the board.
Okay, that's the last Trump YMCA gif, I promise!
Trump started with this:
I have decided to immediately terminate multiple individuals from the Board of Trustees, including the Chairman, who do not share our Vision for a Golden Age in Arts and Culture.
But, for real, the Kennedy Center is supposed to be something like the cultural center for the United States. And instead of making great art they do a bunch of woke diversity nonsense and ridiculous drag shows.
And while that might be representative of how far the country has fallen, President Trump has decided it doesn't have to be this way any more.
As President Trump put it:
Just last year, the Kennedy Center featured Drag Shows specifically targeting our youth — THIS WILL STOP. The Kennedy Center is an American Jewel, and must reflect the brightest STARS on its stage from all across our Nation. For the Kennedy Center, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!
Man, pair this with that executive order to bring beauty back to government buildings, I'd say that Trump is winning ALL OVER THE PLACE!
We are going to make the arts great again!
