Trump has reinstated some 8,000 US troops with full pay after they were kicked out of the military for refusing the clot shot.
'The executive order directs the secretary of defense to reinstate all members of the military (active and reserve) who were discharged for refusing the Covid vaccine and who request to be reinstated,' according to the White House fact sheet.
The service members who are reinstated will be restored to their prior rank, and will be provided back pay and benefits, according to the fact sheet.
And that's not all the changes Trump is bringing to the military now that his guy Hegseth has been confirmed.
Hegseth says, "More executive orders are coming ... removing DEI from the Pentagon, reinstating troops that were fired because of Covid mandates." 👇
The lawful orders of the president of the United States will be executed inside this defense department swiftly and without excuse.
Not only do we have a president who wants to do his job well, we have Cabinet secretaries who aren't going to undermine Trump's policies at every turn.
