Toronto Sun details how pro-Palestinian protesters are getting paid to take to the streets
· Jan 12, 2024 · NottheBee.com

Sure, we all suspect paid protesters, but the Toronto Sun confirmed it.

Since the barbaric massacre by Hamas on October 7, anti-Israel rallies have exploded (no pun intended), with record-breaking numbers of pro-Palestinian demonstrators showing up.

Why the sudden uptick in anti-Israel protesters?

They're being paid to be there.

We've seen pro-Palestinian protesters blocking roads and highways, shutting down events, showing up at malls, museums, federal buildings, and Jewish neighborhoods intimidating Jews and Israel supporters.

We've even seen a pro-Palestinian/anti-Israel protester kill someone.

AND THEY ARE BEING PAID.

The Plenty Collective is a Victoria, B.C., organization that has set up a "Solidarity Fund" to cover the costs "related to supporting or organizing actions in solidarity with Palestine and Palestinian people."

Their "About Us" page says:

Plenty is currently made up of Wren (she/they) and Jewel (she/her). We are two white, queer settlers currently living on the lands of the Lekwungen peoples.

We each came to these lands at different times over the last 2-9 years. Each of us relates to and embodies queerness in a unique way, but all of us believe in the centrality of queerness in community building and future visioning.

Together we founded Plenty Collective, and are passionate about building loving communities and creating moments of abundance, while centering accessibility and food security.

The irony of their "Solidarity Fund" to support a regime that would throw them off roofs is beyond me.

The fund prioritizes Palestinian, black, and Indigenous people (of course), and has been paying people thousands for weeks.

This fund is available to folks or groups based in Lekwungen Territory (aka "Victoria, BC") who are incurring costs related to supporting or organizing actions in solidarity with Palestine and Palestinian people.

This fund is to help cover costs incurred when organizing or participating in local actions. This can include, but is not limited to, the costs of lost wages, supplies, items for fundraising, paying speakers, etc.

According to the Toronto Sun, those payouts have been around $20,000 monthly.

The Sun spoke to Ian Ward, a municipal council member representing Colwood on Vancouver Island, who uncovered the payment scheme for hiring protesters alongside local activist Charles Bodi.

Ward has personally witnessed the significant impact and effectiveness of these paid protests.

They are highly organized. I've watched them. A van pulls up, and they've got flags, signs, and they've got organizers from the Plenty Collective wearing orange vests controlling the crowds.

...

And they have control because they are holding the cash for the protestors.

...

We don't see them being this organized, and this well-funded, without offshore money.

There would be no surprise that this "Solidarity Fund" isn't simply a grassroots movement made up of a bunch of "queer settlers." And it isn't simply limited to British Columbia or Canada.

A wealthy tech mogul, Neville Roy Singham, and his wife, Jodie Evans, have financially backed pro-Palestinian protests since the previous year.

Their "People's Forum" has orchestrated numerous anti-Israel demonstrations since Oct. 7, including several initiatives aimed at "shutting down" both public and private sector offices.

On Craigslist, an ad from November, now deleted, said: "We are looking for 5-7 actors or activists to hold panels and distribute flyers in front of a venue as a peaceful, legal protest. Needed for November 24th, evening, 2-3 hours, paying $30/hour."

Coincidentally, Nov. 24 aligned with the pro-Palestine "shut down" protests, resulting in 34 arrests for attempting to disrupt the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade and Black Friday sales.

"They're paying for protestors to try and lend credibility to their movement," says Ward.

Here's the important takeaway for you, the normal person watching all this:

Oct. 7 was just stage one. These carefully-crafted and controlled protests are a public relations campaign, and I think are the real objective.

They are truly an assault on Western democracy and Western values. Our way of life is literally being challenged here. And we are in danger.

You are the target audience, friends.
