The entire Left is so Trump-deranged that they're handing out idiotic rulings left and right.

But this one takes the cake.

Dictating that colleges do gay stuff!

The prophecy has been fulfilled:

Texas A&M's Board of Trustees had canceled "Draggieland," a drag show on campus, to comply with President' Trump's orders to keep pro-LGBTQ propaganda out of education.

But a District Judge is standing up boldly for this "blessing of liberty," saying,

Nowhere is free speech more important than in our leading institutions of higher learning. Colleges and universities serve as the founts of — and the testing grounds for — new ideas. Their chief mission is to equip students to examine arguments critically and, perhaps even more importantly, to prepare young citizens to participate in the civic and political life of our democratic republic.

Therefore the Board can't decide to cancel "Draggieland" in accordance with the President of the United States.

Here's a little more of the judge's ridiculous ruling.

The Board's argument that a recent federal executive order necessitates banning drag shows from Special Event Venues fares no better. The Board points to the president's executive order stating that '[f]ederal funds shall not be used to promote gender ideology.' Exec. Order No. 14,168, 90 Fed. Reg. 8615 (Jan. 20, 2025). The executive order defines gender ideology, in part, 'as [the] ever-shifting concept of self-assessed gender identity, permitting the false claim that males can identify as and thus become women and vice versa.' Id. This executive order cannot override First Amendment protections.

Yeah, the LGBTQ+ drag queen troupe has the constitutional right to perform their drag performances on a public education campus because free speech.

The judge goes on to explain that, in the court's opinion, drag shows don't promote radical transgender ideology. As if these types of drag shows are just totally innocent gatherings that aren't in any way meant to promote LGBTQ+ lifestyles.

It's important to note, Texas A&M wasn't going to stop the drag queens from public performance. They were just going to prevent them from doing the show on campus.

But according to this judge, the University has no right to say what is and isn't allowed at school.

What an absolute mess these wannabe hero judges are.
