That computer repairman who released the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop is now suing Twitter for calling him a hacker.

Back in October Twitter suppressed that NY Post story about Hunter Biden's emails. You remember, the one that painted his dad Joe in a not-so-great light. The one that couldn't be allowed to see the light of day, because Big Tech is in cahoots with the Democratic Party.

But remember the reason they gave for burying it? It was because it violated Twitter's rules about distributing "hacked materials."

Well the computer repairman, John Paul Mac Isaac, who originally found the contents of Hunter's laptop is suing Twitter for defamation for calling them hacked materials.

According to the New York Post, who first broke the story, Mac Isaac says that essentially what Twitter did by calling the materials "hacked" was "communicate to the world that [Mac Isaac] is a hacker."

That kinda makes sense, doesn't it? If you are claiming that the materials that were released were "hacked" by implication, you are accusing the guy who released them of being a hacker. Which, as it turns out, isn't a great look for a computer repairman.

Issac claimed that his business received threats and negative reviews after Twitter's moderation and he is "now widely considered a hacker." He also suffered from personal threats.

Mac Isaac is seeking $500 million in damages and a public retraction from Twitter.

We'll see how that goes. But I don't see a behemoth like Twitter bowing down.

Most likely, they'll settle for an undisclosed amount and John Paul Mac Isaac will be able to buy himself a lifetime supply of berets to be enjoyed in tropical retirement.
