Dems are pressuring Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor to retire so they can replace her with someone younger like Kamala Harris

Just when you thought the name Kamala Harris would be relegated to the pages of history, the Left is out here trying to keep her in the game, namely by getting her appointed to the Supreme Court.

Of course the only way that could happen is if one of the three lefty judges retires. And since Justice Sotomayor is the oldest, and she has type-one diabetes, she's the one they want to throw under the bus.

And after Sotomayor gets out of the way, Harris can be appointed.

Not all the lefties are on board with this, mind you.

Bernie Sanders, for example, thinks it's a crazy idea:

And of course, the big push is for Biden to resign and make Harris the first female president.

And get this, the Democrats could be accused of "ableism" here because the main reason they want Sotomayor off the court is because of that type-one diabetes, which makes her a health risk going into a four-year term where Trump would be nominating judges.

Maria Town, president of the nonpartisan American Association of People with Disabilities, in April called the concerns 'ableism, pure and simple.'

Mia Ives-Rublee, director for the Disability Justice Initiative at the left-leaning Center for American Progress, also spoke out against calls for Sotomayor to step down earlier this year.

'I trust that, like all disabled people, she knows best about her body. Bodily autonomy is not just about reproductive rights. It's about allowing people, including disabled people, to choose how they want to live their lives,' she said.

After everything the Democrats did to Joe Biden, you know he's watching all of this panic from the people who forced him out and having a great time.
