The season premiere of woke "SNL" was the lowest-rated single episode in the show’s 47-year history

Apparently, there is still a show called "Saturday Night Live" and a few people still watch it because they have nothing better to do with their time.

You have to feel bad for Owen Wilson for being the headline photo here.

The guy did nothing wrong: He just picked the wrong decade to go on a religious propaganda show that once used to do comedy.

The "SNL" Season 47 premiere is now the lowest-rated episode among adults 18-49 in the show's long-running history, according to Nielsen. While Saturday's episode, hosted by Owen Wilson, was the least-watched season premiere episode of all-time, it was not the least-watched of any episode ever in terms of total viewers.

This past Saturday's episode, which was hosted by Owen Wilson, drew a 0.92 rating in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and 4.9 million total viewers. Those Nielsen numbers were down 50% in the demo and 41% overall from the show's Season 46 premiere, which was hosted by Chris Rock.

Ouch!

Down 50% in just the last year??

You know you're thinking it...

Maybe they need something.

A little more something something.

Something to soothe that fever.

Here's the leftist talking points they're trying to pass as comedy these days:

The Wrap tries to couch this massive L by mentioning that it was still the second-most-watched TV comedy after the Simpsons...

For what it's worth, Wilson's 0.92 rating was the second-highest number in the key demo for any comedy that aired during Fall TV Premiere Week 2021.

...Which, considering the ratings of woke TV these days, is kinda like saying you're in the second-to-the-top compartment of the Hindenburg as it's crashing headfirst into the ground.
