The Smithsonian is displaying a signed Fauci mask from when he threw out the first pitch at the Nationals game, along with Jill Biden's inauguration masks (plural!), because we live in the stupidest timeline

They used to put the bones of saints on display and people would flock to them to imbibe their sacred power. We're SO much more enlightened these days.

So dumb.

I'm embarrassed that I used to think the Smithsonian was cool.

Remember when Fauci threw the first pitch at the Nationals game in July 2020? He wore a different mask for the actual pitch, but the one the Smithsonian is displaying is another that he signed for the team (he's so humble!).

Remember how bad his throw was?

More from the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History:

Infectious disease superstar Dr. Anthony Fauci threw the first pitch of major league baseball's COVID-disrupted 2020 season.

BARF.

As a deadly pandemic ravaged the nation, major sports leagues found themselves at the center of a debate over "reopening" the country. Amidst a cacophony of misinformation and denial, the advice from Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation's leading epidemiologist, rang true: make the decision about resuming play "based on scientific evidence and public health judgment." When baseball became the first league to retake the field, Fauci threw the ceremonial opening pitch — wearing a facemask in a stadium empty of fans.

Holy moly what a cult!

"A cacophony of misinformation and denial."

They're still displaying this, even after all the news of Fauci's involvement with the development of COVID-19 and the coverup!!

They are honoring one of the biggest criminals in human history like he's a religious prophet. Millions of people died because of the research this guy funded!

And that's not all:

Yeah, those are "Doctor" Jill's masks from her husband's inauguration in 2021.

Because of course.

Well, if the faithful Covid culters want to honor their saints with a pilgrimage to receive the blessings of Science™, I guess the Smithsonian is the temple to go to!
