An event in the U.K titled "Willy's Chocolate Experience" promised an amazing experience for parents and children alike, full of whimsy, wonder, and adventure. Parents signed up their kids and paid $44 for the experience. Needless to say, it was not what they expected.
How bad was it?
Let's just say someone called the cops and reported the place.
But let's not take anyone else's word for it, come with me and we will go on a virtual tour of pure imagination...
Our first stop, according to their website, is the Enchanted Garden.
Your journey begins in an enchanted garden, with giant sweets, vibrant blooms, mysterious looking sculptures, and magical surprises that add an extra layer of wonder to your Chocolatey Experience! Navigate through peculiar but enchanting garden collecting delicious beans of all colours, shapes and sizes. (who knows perhaps you might be able to grow your very own enchanting garden!)
I imagine the enchanted garden is supposed to invoke images of the chocolate river in Willy Wonka. Let's see how they did.
Next we're on our way to the Imagination Lab™. (Yes they added a trademark symbol to the Imagination Lab).
In the Imagination Lab, prepare to be captivated by a visual spectacle! Encounter mind-expanding projections, optical marvels, and exhibits that transport you into the realm of creativity. This space invites you on a surreal journey where the boundaries between reality and fantasy harmoniously merge, resulting in an enchanting and visually striking encounter. Brace yourself for an adventure that will leave you spellbound!
Remember all the labs in the Chocolate Factory where the Oompa Loompas were busy creating new candy treats?
Surely they hired a passable Oompa Loompa for this part.
Good heavens! Is that lady cooking meth?
As we run screaming from that nightmare, we hop aboard the Twilight Tunnel™ (another trademark for the Willy's Chocolate team).

Journey through a dimly lit passage adorned with captivating projections, enigmatic sounds, and surprising turns that will immerse you in suspense and excitement. It's a heart-pounding experience you've never experienced before!
Oh, the dreaded Willy Wonka tunnel.
This part was already scary, so it shouldn't be that hard to summon up the crazy nightmare scene from the movies.
Ummm...
That's just sad.
Better head off to the promised Captivating Entertainment to lift our spirits.
Experience captivating live performances featuring charming characters singing orginal catchy tunes. Marvel at extraordinary props, oversized lollipops, and a paradise of sweet treats. This event guarantees an immersive and delightful entertainment experience suitable for aged 3+ years old..
Maybe there will be some sweet treats just like the chocolate factory?
Well, so much for lifting our spirits.
Oh wait, there was a scare in the entertainment section after all.
And that creepy guy left all the kids crying.
