I know you assumed all this time that metalheads were complete jerks, so I'm here to change your mind on that issue.

Last weekend during a metal festival in Sweden (sounds awesome) a French musician called Igorr was on stage just headbanging away when a group of metalheads decided to embrace an elderly woman who'd come to join the moshpit.

The result is something straight out of an Adam Sandler film, and I can't get enough of it.

An elderly woman with a walker led a mosh pit at a heavy metal music festival in Sweden last weekend …

The rest of the mosh followed as she held one hand in the air as the music continued.

Andreas Lindh, who witnessed the spectacle, said he had never seen anything like it before, adding that the crowd was ‘genuinely watching out for her and made sure she was out front, most of the time.'

Bro, I'm telling you, metal will someday be proven to extend life expectancy by five years or more. These people are nuts, but many are gentle peeps who simply enjoy being roughed up and having fun.
