A Florida man in a dress made it his mission to "trick" the state government into issuing him a license with his preferred (incorrect) gender on it.

Finally, your public comments suggest that, while you may have misrepresented your sex when applying for a replacement license, you may have also knowingly made a false statement about whether you truly lost your original license ...
The letter goes on to explain how this is a violation of Florida law and that the gentleman could be charged for lying to state officials and on state forms.
