This woman has a point. Don't call me "cisgender." That's not a thing.

The Clown World has so many new words it's hard to keep up. But one of them that never bothered me until today is the term "cisgender," which basically means someone who is their birth gender, or, as Urban Dictionary puts it,

Cisgender (often abbreviated to simply cis) is a term for people whose experiences of their own gender agree with the sex they were assigned at birth.

Honestly, I never realized how dumb this term was.

Well, today I came across this video while browsing the web and it really spoke to me on this issue of "cisgenderism" and why we shouldn't accept being labeled as such.

Watch:

The LGBTQ+ community will demand that you call them by their preferred pronouns, but the minute you ask for this same respect in return [not being called "cisgender"] you're transphobic, you're a bigot. It doesn't work like that. If you're going to demand respect you should also give it.

Yeah, I never thought of it that way. A "cisgender" person is literally just a normal person who hasn't done any of this gender nonsense to themselves. It's a dumb term that nobody should use because the idea that someone can be anything but the gender they were born as is idiotic. It's like calling the majority of penguins "ground penguins" because some of the other ones think they can fly. It's a waste of a word, and did I mention it was dumb.

Yet the LGBTQIA+ETC community continues to label us normies "cisgender," even though we don't identify as such and we find the term offensive. Here I thought the alphabet people were supposed to care about our identities and what we're offended by. Guess not.

So stop calling me cisgender, you pigs.

I'm an offended snowflake and I'll tell on you if you do it again.
