Rarely do you see this side of police work, but I think it's important that we take it in here.

NYPD officers were talking a suicidal man down from a bridge, and while thankfully they succeeded, the officer who talked him down had a complete breakdown afterward.

I bet you will shed at least one tear if you watch this all the way through. Not saying you have to — I only made it to the 2:40 mark — but this is powerful stuff right here.

Seriously, that guy is my new hero. He kept himself calm, said all the right things, and then, once the job was done, he just let it all out.

Gotta love that. That's a job I couldn't do.
