Two white women blasted Hollywood press for lack of diversity at the Golden Globes. In other news, apparently the Golden Globes is still a thing.

Former comedians Tina Fey and L̶e̶s̶l̶i̶e̶ ̶K̶n̶o̶p̶e̶ Amy Poehler took aim at Hollywood during the Golden Globes on Sunday, chastising the most Woke corner of God's green earth for its lack of diversity.

In case you don't remember what the Golden Globes is, it's an award show people used to watch where our cultural elites pat themselves on the back for being better than us all.

Yep, the two white hosts of an elitist award show lamented the lack of racial quotas being enforced on the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's (HFPA). Remember, enforcing such quotas based on skin color totally isn't racist!

"The HFPA is made up of around 90 international — no black—journalists who attend movie junkets each year in search of a better life," said Tina Fey. "So, let's see what these European weirdos nominated this year."

HAHAHA, isn't that funny, guys?! Nothing like taking a jab at an institution and casually implying it's racist to get the laughs going!

"Everybody is understandably upset at the HFPA and their choices," said Poehler. "Look, a lot of flashy garbage got nominated, but that happens. That's like their thing. But a number of black actors and black-led projects were overlooked."

Yep, if there's one place that hasn't focused enough on diVeRsiTy and iNcluSioN, it's a Hollywood institution.

In other news, the Globes has an all-time low for viewers this year. I wonder why.

"Black representation is vital. We must have black journalists in our organization," said HFPA vice president Helen Hoehne later in the show.

I do find it interesting that in a Woke world, the HFPA doesn't have such racial quotas already.

Lest I be deemed a vicious racist myself, let me say it's great to have people of other ethnicities, backgrounds, and viewpoints in any organization.

With that being said, blasting an organization on national TV because they have too much of a certain skin color or too little of another (without evidence that such a thing is purposeful) is actually racist.

Let me conclude by saying I find it appalling that the Golden Globes doesn't have more gender non-conforming Muslim hosts of color. Do better, Tina and Amy. Do better.
