It's a truly unforgettable underbite.
A Milwaukee man and his dog were recently reunited after two years in this true story straight out of those cheesy dog movies your grandma watches.
"It's crazy. It's a miracle," the owner said. "He was meant to be back with me."
One of the local news station's "Adopt-A-Dog" segments featured a dog with a distinctly charming underbite. And the owner of the lost dog just so happened to be watching that day.
The station referred to the dog as "Mason," but the dog owner knew its real name -- Payday.
"They said his name like 'This is Mason.' So, I looked, and I'm like, 'Naw, that's not Mason. That's most definitely Payday,'" the owner said.
Yeah, the dog's name is Payday. Because why not?
A spokesperson from the Wisconsin Humane Society called it "a fairytale ending."
"It floored us all," the spokesperson said. "It definitely pulled at our heartstrings and it was just amazing to see Payday immediately recognize his family."
"He's with his family and the family is whole again."
