This reportedly happened this weekend in Canberra, where anti-totalitarian dystopia protesters had camped outside the National Library to make their voices heard.

And while we should always be careful not to rush judgement for short clips (lest we start burning down cities over the lie that an officer was kneeling on someone's neck as a totally theoretical example), here's another angle of the officer shoving the woman to the ground (at 32 seconds):
