McDonald's is launching a spinoff restaurant based on its wacky alien mascot from the '80s

As the Biden administration draws ever nearer to being exposed for real criminal actions, more and more talk of aliens among us seems to be dominating the mainstream media.

I'm not saying they're connected, but sometimes correlation does mean causation.

For example, maybe McDonald's introducing a new chain of restaurants themed after its long-forgotten, fry-loving alien character, CosMc, just happens to correlate with the nation's revived alien craze, but I think we all know the fast-food giant is just trying to cash in here.

Who the heck is CosMc you ask?

Here's a 1987 commercial to jog your memory:

Did that help?

Yeah...me neither.

Who the heck is this guy?

Here's a description of him from one of the company's documents:

I must have blocked him out of my little preteen mind, or maybe it was something more nefarious. Someone call Mulder and Scully, quick!

At any rate, starting in 2024, we'll be seeing more of him at McDonald's new chain, at least in limited geographic testing regions.

How much do you want to bet Roswell will be one of them?

Their McDonald's is already themed appropriately and everything.
