The website FinanceBuzz is offering $1000, plus a $500 pumpkin spice shopping spree to one pumpkin-loving Trader Joe's customer who will taste test and rate every pumpkin spice flavored product in Trader Joe's Fall food selection.
The job description requires that the lucky Pumpkin Spice Pundit must:
- Photograph each item.
- Rate the food on several criteria, like how difficult it was to make, how tasty it is, and more.
- Write a brief description of your experience.
We're looking for someone to taste and evaluate all the fall-inspired Pumpkin Palooza foods at Trader Joe's. From breakfast classics like pumpkin waffles and cinnamon rolls to autumn-inspired drinks like pumpkin-spiced ginger brew, we'll ask you to taste and rate 20+ pumpkin-flavored foods and use your market research to help shoppers decide which foods to budget for and which to skip.
You also have to actually like pumpkin spice, but of course if you don't, I don't know if $1000 would be enough money to tempt you. But if you are as pumpkin-obsessed as the average white girl, this is the yummiest way to make an extra $1000 to fund that spice addiction.
While Trader Joe's hasn't released the full Fall flavor lineup for this year yet, judging from years past you can expect to taste some pumpkin pasta, pumpkin bread mix, as well as all the usual goodies including pumpkin spice flavored cookies and ice cream.
If you're over 18 years old and live close enough to locally shop at a Trader Joe's, you can apply at the FinanceBuzz website by September 10th.
FinanceBuzz will use the Pumpkin Pundit's reviews to compile a list of all the best and worst fall flavors at Trader Joe's, which will be released next month, so even if you don't get chosen for the job, you can still reap the benefits.
