This is horrifying.

Several online outlets are reporting that a "World Naked Bike Ride" was held in Madison, Wisconsin. and featured a 10-year-old girl riding naked with hundreds of older men... for the second year in a row.

Prison is too good for some people.

The bike ride, held during a weekend of Pride Month and Juneteenth celebrations, featured pride imagery and grown men riding naked in public where children were present.

Last year after the girl was spotted at the parade, Republicans in the state legislature attempted to pass laws targeting the event, but were blocked by Democrats.

Reports say the Dane County District Attorney and the Madison Police Department both declined to take action after several called to report the participation of a child in the event.

One participant, Holly McEntee, said this in response to the child participant:

'I did testify in front of the assembly committee last year against the bills,' McEntee said. 'The child participant was one of the happiest kids I've ever seen in my life. Every girl, especially, but all of us, all the little boys, too, should be comfortable, should be proud, happy, not embarrassed.'

This is child abuse happening right out in the open.
