World Health Organization appoints trans activist with "Be Gay, Do Crimes" tattoo to help develop guidelines on gender transition for kids

Sorry, but this (sadly) ain't a satire site.

The World Health Organization (WHO) quietly announced new guidelines on "the health of trans and gender diverse people" on December 18 and most people missed it because they were celebrating Christmas instead of scheming to trans the kids.

The guidelines center around ensuring access to hormones and surgeries, as well as the legal acknowledgment of self-identified gender. A group of 21 members put together these guidelines, and at least half of them are trans.

Many of the members are associated with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), while others have been involved in work such as medical sex changes, womb transplants, or child sex changes.

(More extremely disturbing details about WPATH here.)

Included are two former presidents of WPATH, and the latest guidelines from that organization state that there should be no age limit on sex changes for minors. There's also Florence Ashley, a trans criminal law professor at the University of Alberta, who branded himself with a "Be Gay, Do Crimes" tattoo.

Ashley supports the idea that "puberty blockers ought to be treated as the default option" for all minors, irrespective of gender identity.

This approach allows children to "choose" their gender instead of undergoing natural development without intervention. He believes that natural development "strongly favors cis embodiment," leading to increased psychological and medical challenges during the transitioning process.

Puberty blockers structurally place transgender and cisgender hormonal futures in approximate symmetry. Youth who take puberty blockers have their options wide open, their bodies unaltered by either testosterone or estrogen. Although much remains unknown about the long-term effects of puberty blockers, limited empirical evidence and clinical experience make us more than justified in assuming that whatever risks puberty blockers have do not foreclose future life paths as much as undergoing puberty does.

Ashley was "chosen by WHO technical staff among researchers with relevant technical expertise, among end-users (program managers and health workers) and among representatives of trans and gender diverse community organizations."

Ashley claims that people should be able to obtain medical sex changes without undergoing a mental health "gender assessment" before being referred to what Ashley terms "gender affirming medical care."

He opposes any intervention that precedes individuals' access to sex change drugs and surgeries.

According to the WHO, the guidelines will focus on five areas:

  1. Provision of gender-affirming care, including hormones
  2. Health workers education and training for the provision of gender-inclusive care
  3. Provision of health care for trans and gender diverse people who suffered interpersonal violence based in their needs
  4. Health policies that support gender-inclusive care
  5. Legal recognition of self-determined gender identity

In other words, the WHO will be determining methods to "enhance access and utilization of" sex change surgeries for everyone (including minors). WHO will also help give everyone access to cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers and will ensure medical staff use preferred pronouns.

  • They are advocating for sex change drugs and surgeries, abolishing sex-segregated wards in hospitals, and eliminating sex-segregated domestic violence and rape crisis centers. They will then force the incorporation of these measures into law and alter official documents to mirror gender self-identification rather than biological sex.

The group will meet in Geneva, Switzerland, from February 19 to 21 to discuss all this fun stuff.

The WHO will carry out these actions - without any opposing voices to the practice of medically mutilating minors - all in service to the belief that any individual (or child) can change their biological sex.

This is not about doing what is best for people. This is all about pushing a trans agenda.

It's hard to imagine how many children will be affected by this insanity.
