A DoorDash driver was arrested in the middle of a delivery so the police department went ahead and finished the job 💪

All of those hard-left activists who want to "defund the police" don't realize the ways in which cops stand between us and the chaos of anarchy: police are there to save us from crime, violence... un-delivered fast food:

A South Dakota police officer is being hailed for going above and beyond the call of duty — by delivering a food order after arresting the DoorDash driver.

A Ring doorbell video captured the moment Sioux Falls police officer Sam Buhr walked up to the customer holding an Arby's order on Tuesday afternoon.

"I know I'm not who you were expecting, but your driver got arrested for some things he didn't take care of," the smiling cop tells the woman, who bursts out laughing.

Here's footage of the heart-warming, stomach-filling exchange:

Big ups to the cop for another reason: Arby's is like some of the most expensive fast food out there. It's no joke if you lose one of those orders because your driver got arrested.

Somebody give that police officer a raise! Or at least a roast beef sandwich.
