Former professional basketball player and current hilarious entertainer and NBA host Charles Barkley defended against the latest anti-police insanity that's spreading across the country.

Ever the fount of common sense, Charles Barkley pointed out on Thursday night just how dangerous the idea of defunding and abolishing the police is.

Barkley calls the defund and abolish crowd "fools." And while Barkley still advocates for police reform, he is intelligent enough to see that having fewer and less funded police is truly dangerous for black neighborhoods. "Who are black people supposed to call? Ghostbusters?"

Barkley goes even further, pushing against the falsehoods Black Lives Matter continues to spread about the Breonna Taylor case.

Barkley has the honor and moral courage to state the facts of the case and draw a distinction between the Breonna Taylor case in Louisville and other more cut and dry cases. While other sports celebrities, most notably Lebron James and Colin Kaepernick, ignore the facts to push an anti-police narrative, Barkley tries to make an honest and thoughtful distinction.

Barkley is never afraid to speak his mind when it comes to politics. Agree with him or not his honesty and common sense approach is always a breath of fresh air in a world gone mad. In a world of balloonheads, or as Chuck would say "knuckleheads," it is refreshing to see someone to push back in the face of immense cultural pressure to parrot the talking points of Black Lives Matter.

So how would Sir Charles describe the idea of abolishing the police?
