Sorry to interrupt your weekend with this sad news:
On Saturday morning at 11 local time, there was an explosion at the American Reproductive Centers fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California, that killed one person and injured four.
This video shows the aftermath when first responders had put out the fire and covered up human remains with blankets.
[Warning: Censored but still graphic]
Maher Abdallah is the name of the doctor who runs the clinic. The case was quickly turned over to the FBI, which said on Saturday evening that the explosion was a purposeful bombing.
They didn't release a motive (read into that what you will).
From the Associated Press:
Akil Davis, the head of the FBI's Los Angeles field office, said in the evening that the clinic was deliberately targeted, while declining to elaborate on how authorities have reached a conclusion on a motive.
Authorities were still working to confirm the identity of the person who died at the scene. Davis would not directly say whether that person was the suspect but said authorities were not searching for a suspect.

Since the FBI won't release info, I will. I have to speculate because the authorities often refuse to show us what deranged lunatics believe unless they can be used to fit a particular narrative, so take the analysis of this alleged manifesto with a grain of salt.
First, the suspect:
Now to the manifesto, which took some digging to find (it is archived here if the site is taken down by authorities).
The suspect is a "pro-mortalist," or follower of "Efilism," which believes sentient life is a curse that needs to be destroyed. In simpler terms, he is an atheist who mocks God and wants to wage war on pro-lifers.
No really, that's what he says:
I think we need a war against pro-lifers.
The man's ideology is that there is nothing purposeful in the universe and God isn't real, but somehow humans are screwing everything up so we should all die. Attacking a fertility clinic was a way to stop babies from being born (reports say no eggs were damaged, however).
And like most atheists, he is angry at God.
Pro-mortalism (support for death) or anti-natalism (against birth) is becoming more popular among deranged left-wing atheists who view humanity as a disease, and they justify their genocidal darkness by claiming they are compassionate. The New Yorker even gave them a platform last week:
Starting to understand why the FBI is playing dumb on motive?
