Starting today, unvaccinated Canadians are not allowed to board planes or trains ๐Ÿ˜”

You don't have to look all the way to Australia to see an Orwellian hellscape. Most of you just have to look north.

Starting today, Canadians are no longer free.

Unvaccinated Canadians 12 years and older will no longer be allowed to board planes or trains across the country.

Negative COVID-19 tests will not be accepted.

That little thing we call the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (think, watered down Bill of Rights) is meaningless.

Section 6 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms states:

6. (1) Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada.

(2) Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada has the right: to move to and take up residence in any province; and to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province.

That little shred of hope we had left, that our Charter of Rights will protect us, is lost.

It's been a slippery slope in Canada, but today hits harder than any other authoritarian measure taken before.

It started as coercion, with some companies are even offering a pay raise for getting vaccinated.

But now, this is force. The Canadian government is now forcing you to inject yourself or you lose your right of mobility.

Unvaccinated Canadians have officially lost their freedom, and their right to be free.

Don't let them try to fool you that this is for our safety. We all know how "effective" the COVID vaccines are and how "lethal" COVID is to the general population.

And this travel ban for the unvaccinated is not because of the new Omicron variant they're so desperately trying to scare us with.

This is simply PM Justin Trudeau becoming an authoritarian dictator he's always wanted to be.

This is a difficult day for many Canadians, including myself...

I write this while holding back tears. Afraid of what is happening to my country. During the last few months, I already got used to living as a second-class citizen but now I feel threatened. I hear and feel the government's threat. I am trapped and terrified that I won't even be able to escape this country.

A country that was once, maybe not great, but good. Really good!

I never thought I would be thinking of fleeing, like my parents once did from the Soviet Union.

We have people in Canada fighting this totalitarian nonsense that can't even be backed up by data, myself included. But we are a small group.

The few of us will continue to fight.

PS. Anyone have a private plane I can borrow?
